About Abhinav
Abhinav Dasgupta is a seasoned leader steering the Analytics and Data Sciences Practice at Evernile, with over 13 years of expertise in both pure-play analytics and in-house solutioning for a prominent e-commerce entity.
Commencing his career at Mu Sigma, an early Indian unicorn in decision sciences, Abhinav spearheaded multiple engagements with Fortune 500 giants across the globe during his seven-year tenure. Notably, he led initiatives with the largest home improvement retailer in the US, the world's largest energy conglomerate, and a technology space pioneer. Progressing through the organizational ranks, Abhinav assumed the critical position of Fulfillment Unit Leader in 2016. In this capacity, he effectively managed a multimillion-dollar account and led a team of around 80 analytics professionals, embodying his strategic expertise in delivering impactful consulting solutions.

In January 2018, Abhinav joined Myntra, the leading fashion e-retailer in India, to establish the Revenue Analytics charter, with a special focus on Customer Growth. Under his leadership, he and his team instituted critical analytical frameworks, including Customer Lifetime Value, Churn Prediction, and Next Best Purchase models, contributing significantly to Myntra's growth trajectory over the years. In his final role, he took on additional responsibilities, overseeing Loyalty and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) charters, underscoring his multifaceted impact on the company's overarching strategic landscape.
